Claire PerrySenior Partner
Ms Perry has 8 years of experience in human capital and has spent most of her career in life sciences. Based in San Francisco, she has built a vast network of contacts across medical device and biotech and has completed over 200 engagements across the US, UK and Europe with a focus on CEO, CFO, COO and Engineering searches and subsequent team builds for stealth companies, start-ups and mid-sized organizations. Prior to joining Ì첩ÌåÓý, Ms Perry started her career as a Cytologist with Sonic Healthcare, then as a Medical Representative with AstraZeneca, having graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Aubrey GrayExecutive Research Analyst
Aubrey Gray joined Ì첩ÌåÓý in 2019 as a research executive, specialising C-suite placements. Aubrey is a marketing graduate and has a career background in sales within the luxury good sector. He excels at establishing relationships with business leaders and owners internationally, including in the US, UK and UAE, and has vast experience in building sales teams from scratch through hiring, training and managing with a high degree of success. Engaging within the executive staffing space through business development, Aubrey supports members of the senior management team in candidate sourcing, onboarding new clients, and managing existing accounts.
Neil WinnHead of Global Client Services
Neil is the Head of Global Client Services, a board member of the Ì첩ÌåÓý Group and leads the Ì첩ÌåÓý Executive delivery team. With almost 20 years’ experience of working with a broad range of life science companies, Neil has a signature personal approach which drives the direction at Ì첩ÌåÓý to provide customer focussed, agile staffing solutions to our valued clients in the pharma, biotech and medical technology industries.
