�첩�� is seeking a Business Analyst - SharePoint Solution Engineer to support the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint-based solutions for functional teams, with a primary focus on the Oncology business unit. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop dashboards, and create solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scheduling tools using SharePoint lists and features.
Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and document business needs.
Develop SharePoint solutions and dashboards tailored to business objectives.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for reports and dashboards.
Utilize Power BI, SQL, DAX, and M language for data ingestion and transformation.
Provide technical assistance and training to end-users of data and reports.
Manage priorities effectively and adapt to changing business needs.
Perform duties with moderate supervision while responding to direction as needed.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Proven experience in SharePoint development and customization.
Strong knowledge of Power BI, SQL, DAX, and M language for data transformation.
Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to dynamic changes.
