Clinical Supply Manager - Permanent - Manhattan, NY

天博体育 is seeking a Manager, Clinical Supply to oversee and manage clinical supply chains for clinical development programs.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role involves ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of clinical materials, developing supply chain strategies, and collaborating with external service providers. The position is based in the NYC area, with an expectation to be onsite up to three days per week and travel to service provider partners as needed.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing clinical supply chains within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Knowledge of global service providers for clinical packaging, storage, and distribution.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with external service providers.
  • Familiarity with cGMPs, regulatory filings, and ICH guidelines related to clinical supply chains.
  • Experience in late-stage clinical development and product commercialization.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to create and execute short- and long-term plans.
  • Collaborative and adaptable approach to working with internal and external teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The Clinical Supply Manager's responsibilities will be:

  • Oversee product packaging and distribution of clinical supplies across all clinical programs.
  • Develop forecasts and maintain inventory plans to ensure uninterrupted supply of clinical materials.
  • Lead the selection process for service providers, evaluating their operations and technical capabilities to establish a cost-efficient and reliable supply chain.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external service providers to benefit clinical programs and patients.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for outsourced supply chain activities.
  • Establish and implement phase-appropriate clinical supply strategies.
  • Communicate risks, delays, and updates to management and project teams promptly.
  • Maintain thorough documentation to track the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain activities.

Compensation:

  • $155,000 to $165,000 per annum.
